What Do Modern Wristwatches And The Modern Woman Have In Common
Designer womens watches are sporty, classy, sexy, earthy, whatever the modern woman wants in the way of a watch, she will find in today’s market. On my morning commute on the city bus this morning there was a lady with a black-faced watch and a zebra-skin strap. Another beautiful lady wore a gold watch encrusted with diamonds around the bezel. Very distinct watches for very distinct people and new designs are created each day.
Watches are in demand in women’s fashion industry. There are very few stores that you can walk into that will not have a sale for watches. They are one of the most popular things sold today. Watch companies know enough to provide a huge variety of wristwatches, to get every consumer that they can because nearly everyone wants a watch, or two, or three, but what type of watch? Everyone is different, the more variety a watch company provides the more customers it will have. And they realize it.
A watch is very indispensable for us busy people! When a lady is busy as ever, taking care of the kids, going to school, getting dry cleaned items, going to work on time and any thing she has to do, she relies on her watch.
A ladies bracelet watch says something about her style, the woman who wears a diamond studded watch has a very different style than a woman who wears a mickey mouse watch, for example. This is an obvious example, but there are many subtle ones. When you see a woman in jeans with a divers watch on you know that she is most likely an “out-doorsy type” woman. When you see a woman dressed similarly but wearing a Gucci watch, you know she probably appreciates fashion and being in style is important to her.
This is what makes watches so appealing to women! It’s no different than the person who puts a bumper sticker on the back of his car, he wants people to know what he’s all about. What a woman wears says a bit about her also, and she realizes it. And she has a lot of fun with it!
