Replacing your old roof options

There will come a time when you will need to get a new roof. When that time comes you will have a couple of choices.You have the option of installing the new roof on top of the old roof.Or you can remove the old roof and place a fresh brand new roof installed. This article will look at both ways.

So when trying to make a decision between the two ways there is only two things to consider. Those factors are price and appearance. I am going to share from my experience running my roofing Escondido company.

First choice of installing the new roof over the old.If this will be the method you choose you could possibly have some bumps on the roof.A few people will not mind something like that. But you have to know if you will or not.Ask the roofer for some roofing jobs they have done recenlty so you can see if the bumps bother you. Then you can see if you mind the look or not. Know of course if you do it this way you will save a lot of money.So you need to know if it is worth it to you. So that brings us to the second point which is price.It doesn’t matter if the bumps and lumps is a bother to you, you have to consider if the price matters to you.So to put it another way, are you willing to pay more to have a better look. Or do you need that extra money?Now if you do, you have to really take into account if the bumps will bother you. As you can see it really comes down to how good you want it to look.And do you mind paying for that kind of look.If you are in need of money pick the first way. Especially if you aren’t so picky about the looks.
