When someone finds out their are going to have a baby, they are usually happy and scared all at the same time. Buying a bunch of stuff for the new addition can be expensive. No matter how much they can prepare for the new bundle of joy they can never prepare for the cost of the baby. There are lots of things to buy and what seems like a short time to buy it in.

Women have been getting together for years to hold a baby shower for the new baby. Sometimes it is before the baby is born and other times it is just after so that everyone can meed the little bundle of joy. At a baby shower you know that everything you want and may buy will be used and not wasted. Not to mention that it is going to be most appreciated when they come home for the first time.

Now usually the mother is registered at a store somewhere in preparation for the shower. But what if she isn’t. There is no need to worry there are lots of other places to go and things to get and just keep the receipts in case you have to go back and return what you got to get something else. There are many things that you can get and usually at a low cost.

Baby safety monitors are always a bonus you can get. Not only do they make ones that you can hear the baby but they also make some that can hear the babies heartbeat and alert the parents if there is changes. There are also some that you can actually see the baby sleeping. There are so many ideas and this is just one of the many.

Allot of times you can also go in with another family member or friend and just get a big present from the both of you that is helpful. Perhaps a few bouncing chairs and some clothing, or a swing. You could even pitch in together and get a highchair cause you need one of those too. If you are interested in doing something like that you could also look at a stroller car seat combo. One of the most popular is the Graco car seat and stroller combo.

This combo is so handy because they will be able to take the baby for a walk while looking at them, and when they go to the store they don’t have to disturb the baby. All they need to do is put the baby from car to the stroller and they don’t have to play with clips, because the car seat just locks in.

Graco isnt the only stroller out there, you can get others like Saftey First or Perego. A Perego Stroller come with a little bar that you attah so that the stroller becomes apart of the stroller combination carseat. So that way if mom and dad bought the carseat already you dont have to worry about it. If you get the stroller then they will be able to still adapt so they can have the luxury of having both. But dont worry cause you can alwasy get the other little things like soaps, lotions and diapers because they are always needed and can never go bad. You can even throw a few sleepers in there.
